Description

An existing office building that Happ Contractors, Inc. was hired to add a second floor addition and perform a complete renovation of the interior and exterior to modernize the building. Installed were an entrance porch and handicap ramp for accessibility to the first floor, where client meetings are held. A fire tower stairway was also installed. Basement, 1st floor and 2nd floor, floor plans were greatly enhanced by this renovation project.
