Description
North Broad Street Location – 1973 - 2018
As part of the Doylestown newspaper’s move from its previous location at the center of town, Happ Contractors constructed the new headquarters on N. Broad St. in 1973. The project consisted of news/editorial offices and printing press room. The building was the vision of the late Doylestown architect Myron Fetch. Happ returned to the site four times, to construct additions to the newspaper headquarters. Following the Intelligencer’s relocation in 2018, the N. Broad St. building was taken down in 2019.
