Description
The owners bought a late-1800s federal-style brick home with no interior finishes. Happ Contractors coordinated with Superior Woodcraft for installation of their cabinetry in the kitchen, baths, and library. A later project added an Ellen Happ designed three-stop elevator to make the entire home accessible for aging in place.
